Rex From Friends is a platform that allows users to create friend groups and share monthly recommendations including movies, TV shows, books, music, podcasts, and other content. Users can join groups, invite friends, and participate in monthly recommendation sharing.

3. User Accounts

To use our service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Age Requirements

Our service is available to users of all ages. However, users under 13 years old should obtain parental consent before using our platform.

5. User-Generated Content

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of the recommendations and content you submit. By using our service, you grant us a license to display your content to other members of your friend groups.

5.2 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you share, including any links or recommendations. Since there is no public page for viewing recommendations, users are responsible for moderating themselves within their friend groups.

The Company does not take responsibility for links shared between groups of friends. If you disagree with content shared by your friends, you should either discuss it with them directly or leave the group.

5.3 Prohibited Content

You may not share content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, or violates any laws
• Contains malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Is spam or unsolicited commercial content
• Impersonates others or provides false information

6. Subscription and Billing

6.1 Subscription Plans

Our service offers different subscription tiers with varying features and limits. Subscription fees are billed yearly and are non-refundable except as described below.

6.2 Refunds

Users can request a refund for their current years's payment but not for previously paid years. Refund requests must be submitted through our support channels.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, after which it will not renew.

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We do not endorse, verify, or take responsibility for user-generated content, including recommendations and links shared between users.

9.3 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Streamline Technologies LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Streamline Technologies LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
